1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website or official contact channels.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Payments are processed through secure platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or major credit cards.
2. Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation email from the operator.
- Guests are responsible for checking all booking details for accuracy.
3. Pick-Up and Timing
- Guests must provide their pick-up location at least 24 hours before the tour.
- Be ready at the hotel lobby or meeting point 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up.
- Late arrival may affect the itinerary; some activities may need to be adjusted.
4. Guest Responsibility
- Guests must ensure they are physically able to participate in the selected activities.
- All outdoor activities (ATV, rafting, swing, etc.) require guests to follow safety instructions provided by the activity operators.
- Guests must wear appropriate clothing and bring personal items at their own risk.
5. Cancellation and Refund
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable.
- In case of unsafe weather or force majeure, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
- All refunds are processed through the original payment method. Payment gateway fees are borne by the operator.
6. Force Majeure
- The operator is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or other events beyond control.
- In such cases, guests may reschedule or receive a refund as described in the Cancellation Policy.
7. Liability
- The operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour unless caused by gross negligence of the operator.
- Guests participate at their own risk, especially in adventure activities.
8. Changes to Terms
- The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
