Free Cancellation

Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.

Example: For a tour starting at 8:00 AM on March 10th, cancellation must be made before 8:00 AM on March 9th to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be refunded.

Please note: Late cancellations are subject to full payment retention due to pre-arranged bookings and operational costs.

No-Show

If guests do not show up at the agreed pick-up time without prior notice, the booking will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

Guests may request to reschedule their tour instead of canceling, subject to:

  • Availability of the new date
  • Minimum 24-hour notice before the original tour start time
  • Rescheduling is free if done within the allowed window

Force Majeure / Weather Conditions

Tours may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or unsafe weather.

  • If the entire tour cannot be safely conducted, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the tour to another date, subject to availability.
  • If only part of the tour is affected and other activities can continue, guests may receive a partial refund for the affected activities.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during booking.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
