Reservation & Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website booking form or through our official contact channels. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from our team.

Please ensure all booking details such as travel date, number of participants, and pick-up location are correct before completing your reservation.

Payment Term

To secure your booking, full payment must be completed at the time of reservation through our secure payment system.

We accept secure online payments through trusted platforms including major credit cards and other supported payment methods.

Pick-Up Information

Guests are required to provide their hotel name or pick-up location at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Our driver will arrive at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time.

Please be ready in the hotel lobby or designated meeting point 10 minutes before the pick-up time.

Late Arrival

If guests are late for the scheduled pick-up time, the driver will wait for a reasonable period. However, delays may affect the itinerary schedule and in some cases parts of the tour may need to be adjusted.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected activities. For adventure activities such as ATV riding or rafting, participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the activity operator.

Changes to Booking

Changes to tour date or itinerary are subject to availability. Requests for changes should be made as early as possible by contacting our team.

Weather Conditions

Some activities may be affected by weather conditions. In case of unsafe conditions, the activity operator may reschedule or provide alternative options for safety reasons.
